Personal Training

KM Fitness Private Sessions

All sessions are 60 minutes in length.

 

Private sessions are billed on a monthly basis:

- 1 sessions per week: Total of 4 sessions per month.
- 2 sessions per week: Total of 8 sessions per month.
- 3 sessions per week: Total of 12 sessions per month.

All training packages will include:

- In person consultation & goal setting.
- Movement assessment to gauge form.
- Individualized program design based of your goals.
- Weekly check in's to discuss program and progress.


In Person Session: Edmonton ONLY
